How to return goods

Option 1 - free return

You can drop off your parcel at any Packeta branch with our code 98483241, which you need to mention when sending. You do not pay return postage.

 

Option 2 - return postage is paid by the customer

Procedure
  1. Fill out the form you received with the goods. If the form is not included, you can download it here.
  2. Place the form together with the unused goods in a plastic envelope. Do not write or label the packaging.
  3. You can drop off the package at a Zásilkovna branch for free using the code or send it by courier/post at your own expense. Do not send it cash on delivery.
  4. Once the goods arrive, we will send you a delivery email.
  5. We will send the money to your card or bank account within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

 

Important information
  • You can return the goods within 14 days.
  • The goods must be in their original condition, unused and without any damage (including packaging, tags, labels and protective elements).
  • If you need a different size or color, please place a new order. Exchanges are not possible.
