How to return goods
Option 1 - free return
You can drop off your parcel at any Packeta branch with our code 98483241, which you need to mention when sending. You do not pay return postage.
Option 2 - return postage is paid by the customer

Procedure
- Fill out the form you received with the goods. If the form is not included, you can download it here.
- Place the form together with the unused goods in a plastic envelope. Do not write or label the packaging.
- You can drop off the package at a Zásilkovna branch for free using the code or send it by courier/post at your own expense. Do not send it cash on delivery.
- Once the goods arrive, we will send you a delivery email.
- We will send the money to your card or bank account within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
Important information
- You can return the goods within 14 days.
- The goods must be in their original condition, unused and without any damage (including packaging, tags, labels and protective elements).
- If you need a different size or color, please place a new order. Exchanges are not possible.
