Return and Refund Policy
LYMU s.r.o. with its registered office at Nové sady 988/2, Brno in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") operates an e-shop at the address lymu.co. These rules govern the conditions for returning goods and refunding payments in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
1. Withdrawal from the contract
1.1 Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract concluded within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. This right applies to all products purchased on lymu.co, with the exception of:
- Goods made to measure or according to the buyer's individual requirements
- Perishable goods, such as certain types of dietary supplements and health foods with a limited shelf life
- Goods in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (for example, underwear, swimwear, dietary supplements, bottles)
1.2 Notice of withdrawal
To withdraw from the contract, please inform us of your decision by filling out the form and sending it to info@lymu.co. Here you will find a sample withdrawal form, which contains all the recipient information necessary to send the goods.
1.3 Costs of returning goods
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
1.4 Buyer's obligations
The goods must be sent by registered mail to the address of the seller's registered office without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The goods must be returned in their original condition, unused and without any damage (including packaging, tags, labels and protective elements). The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods that has arisen as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to familiarize themselves with the nature and properties of the goods, including their functionality.
2. Simplified returns
The buyer has the right to use a simplified return of goods. Detailed instructions can be found on the How to return goods page.
3. Refund
3.1 Refund deadline
The Seller shall refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which he received your notice of withdrawal from the contract.
3.2 Refund method
The refund will be made by sending the amount to the buyer's bank account or bank card.
3.3 Right of retention
The seller may withhold the refund until they receive the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes first.
4. Complaint
In the event of defective goods, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Detailed complaint conditions can be found on the Complaints Procedure page.
5. Final provisions
These return and refund rules are valid for all purchase contracts concluded between the seller and the buyer through the lymu.co e-shop. The seller reserves the right to change these rules.
The return and refund policy is valid from 17. 11. 2024.
