How Packeta works
- In the cart, select delivery to the Packeta pick-up point.
- Find the one you need in our point of sale locator. Thousands of points of sale in Europe, including self-service contactless Z-BOX points, are available.
- Once the order is ready at the selected pickup location, Packeta will send you an information email and SMS with the password for pickup.
- At the pick-up point, you just need to report the password. You can send anyone to deliver the parcel - just give them the password.
- You can pay for any cash on delivery directly at the point of delivery, either in cash or by card.
- You can easily find out where your order is currently located in the Shipment Tracking.
- You have 7 days to pick up your shipment (storage time may be shortened during the season).
- We recommend downloading the Packeta mobile application, where you can track the movement of your shipment, extend the storage period up to 21 days, or pay cash on delivery.
- Returning goods is also easy with Packeta: just enter the return in the mobile application or use the sticker label that we will send you in the shipment. Then take the shipment to the nearest Packeta drop-off point and you're done!
